Under construction flyover collapses in Surat, three dead

At least three people have died after the pillar of an under construction flyover collapsed in Surat.

Over a half labourers have been injured in the mishap.

Following the incident, officials of the Surat Municipal Corporation and district collectorate rushed to the spot.

Surat Mayor Niranjan Jajmera said efforts to rescue the labourers trapped inside the rubble are continuing.
