3i Infotech announced that Madhivanan Balakrishnan, Managing Director & Global CEO of the Company has decided to step down from the Board and the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 07 June 2016 has accepted his resignation to be effective from 07 June 2016.Further, the Company has inform that Padmanabhan Iyer, Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company shall be designated as the acting CEO of the Company in addition to his current role.
