Aarti Drugs fixes record date for interim dividend

Record date is 20 November 2014

Aarti Drugs has fixed 20 November 2014 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend, if any.

In case of approval of Interim Dividend by the Board of Directors, the Company will dispatch dividend warrants on 27 November 2014.
