ADCC Infocad will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 May 2016, to approve Audited Financial Results, (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2016 along with report of Auditors & to recommend Final Dividend, if any, on the Equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2015-16.
