Advanced Micronic Devices seeks extension to hold AGM

Advanced Micronic Devices announced that the Company has approached the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Karnataka for seeking extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.

The Company is awaiting approval from ROC and the same will be intimated as soon as it received.
