Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 February 2015, to Consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2014; and to consider and declare Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15, on the Equity Share Capital.
