Advanta gets High Court approval for scheme of amalgamation

Advanta announced that Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Advanta (Advanta or Transferor Company) and UPL (UPL or Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors (Scheme) on 23 June 2016.

The Company is awaiting the receipt of the certified copy of the order from the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad. The Scheme will come into effect upon filling certified true copy of order with the Registrar of Companies at Ahmedabad.
