Ajanta Pharma allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Ajanta Pharma announced that the Compensation Committee of Directors at its meeting held on 06 May 2016, has allotted 3,750 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercise of options granted to an employee under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011 of the Company.

In view of the above, the paid up capital of the Company stand increased to Rs. 17,60,10,000 consisting 8,80,05,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
