Ajmera Realty & Infra India launches housing project 'Ajmera Lugaano'

Ajmera Realty & Infra India has entered into Joint Development at Bengaluru, through our wholly owned subsidiary for developing 11 acres of land which has a potential to develop 7 lakhs sq.ft ,which may generate revenue of approx Rs.350 crore.

The project has received all in-principle approvals and shall be launched by end of this quarter. It will take 3 to 4years of time span for completion and will cater to Mid-Segment housing residences.

This project is located at Yehlanka ,North Bengaluru , with name ,Ajmera Lugaano, witnessing 1,2,3 BHK Lake view homes ,which is surrounded by 105 acres of Lake and 4 acres of Green stretch and well connected to all important avenues of convenience.
