Almondz Global Securities announces resignation of MD & CEO

With effect from 16 July 2014

Almondz Global Securities announced that the Company has received a letter dated 16 July 2014 from Vinay Mehta Intimating his resignation from the post of Managing Director and CEO of the Company.

Vinay Mehta shall continue to serve the Board of the Directors of the Company as a Non-Executive Director.
