Alok Industries to hold board meeting

Alok Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 May 2015, to consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 18 months period ended 31 March 2015, & to consider recommendation of dividend for the period ended 31 March 2015, if any, to be paid subject to the Shareholder's approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
