Amtek India updates on restructuring of its overseas business

Amtek India announced that the Company has completed the following restructuring of its overseas business -

Amtek Kuepper GmBH (a 100% German based subsidiary of the Company and in turn a subsidiary of Amtek Auto) has sold its entire stake in Kuepper Group of Companies to Amtek Technologies Deutschland GmBH (ATD) (a step down subsidiary of Amtek Global Technologies (AGT) which is turn is a subsidiary of Amtek Auto (AAL) in lieu of 21.5% equity stake in AGT.

Consequent to the above transaction, equity stake of AGT is jointly held by Amtek Auto holding 78.5% and Amtek Kuepper GmBH holding 21.5%.
