Ankush Finstock to hold board meeting

Ankush Finstock will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 July 2016 to appoint M/s. Bigshare Services Private Limited as a new Register and Share Transfer Agent in place of M/s. Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited existing Register and Share Transfer Agent.
