Arcotech to hold board meeting

Arcotech announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 07 May 2014, inter alia, to consider audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2014 and shall also consider to recommend final dividend for the financial year 2013-14.
