Arnav Corporation fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 20 October 2014

Arnav Corporation announced that 20 October 2014 has been fixed as the Record Date for fixing the entitlement of issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of 49:50 i.e. 49 (Forty Nine) fully paid up Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each for every 50 (Fifty) fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each held by the shareholders.
