Arvind SmartSpaces allots 30,000 equity shares

Arvind SmartSpaces has issued and allotted 30,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each under Arvind Infrastructure (now Arvind SmartSpaces ) - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013 (AIL ESOP 2013) to the an eligible employee on 29 January, 2018 pursuant to the exercise of options granted to him.
