Asahi Industries appoints company secretary and compliance officer

At board meeting held on 09 January 2015

Asahi Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 January 2015, has approved the appointment of Monica Bohra as a Whole time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 09 January 2015 pursuant to the provision of Section 203 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013.
