Ashok Leyland announced that consequent to Hinduja Leyland Finance (HLFL) becoming a material unlisted Indian subsidiary of the Company during the financial year 2016-17, as required under Regulation 24 (1) of SEBI Listing Regulations; 2015, the Company has nominated Dr. Andreas H Biagosch, Independent Director of the Company on the Board of Directors of HLFL.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
