Astec Lifesciences reappointed directors

Astec Lifesciences at its board meeting held on 05 March 2015, has reappointed Ashok V Hiremath, as Chairman & Managing Director and Janak Jaganath Rawal as Whole Time Director of the Company for a further period of Three years with effect from 20 January 2015.
