Scheme aimed at consolidating adhesive business in India
Astral Poly Technik announced that the High Court of Gujarat has vide order dated 18 January 2016 approved the scheme of amalgamation of Resinova Chemie (wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) with Advanced Adhesives (subsidiary of the Company). Further, the Court has also approved the change of name of Advanced Adhesives to Resinova Chemie upon the scheme being effective.This amalgamation shall consolidate the Company's holding into adhesive business in India.
