Asya Infosoft will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 18 December 2014 to Issue of Equity shares/Convertible warrants/Convertible debentures to promoters/corporate bodies/DIIs/FII and or to any other prospective investors as the Board may deem fit, pursuant to SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosures Requirement) Regulations, 2009.
