Aurionpro Solutions allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Aurionpro Solutions announced that the Company has allotted 1,17,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the "ASL ESOS 2010" Scheme. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
