Aurobindo Pharma announced that Dr.C.Channa Reddy an Independent Director of the Company vide letter dated 27 January 2015 has submitted his resignation due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held on 04 February 2015 has noted and taken on record the resignation of Dr.C.Channa Reddy as an Independent Director of the Company.
