Autopal Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 April 2016, to note the resignation of Praveen Kumawat from the post of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from March 30, 2016, & to note down the appointment of Abhishek Swami as the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from March 31, 2016.
