Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 3,11,241 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 16 September 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 471,74,58,634 (235,87,29,317 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 471,80,81,116 (235,90,40,558 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
