Under ESOP
Axis Bank has allotted 2,87,055 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 21.03.2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 476,41,48,272 (238,20,74,136 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 476,47,22,382 (238,23,61,191 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
