Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 5,19,487 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on April 11, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly Increase from Rs. 476,68,50,852 (238,34,25,426) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 476,78,89,826 (238,39,44,913 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
