Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 2,45,570 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 04 July 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 477,45,54,446 (238,72,77,223 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,50,45,586 (238,75,22,793 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
