For organising and managing film and TV award events
Balaji Telefilms announced that the Company has signed a Limited Liability Partnership Agreement with Select Media Holding (SMHPL) on 01 October 2014 and by virtue of this agreement both have become partners to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) named Event Media LLP to carry on a partnership business as a LLP registered under Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.The capital contribution of the Company and SMHPL is in the ratio of 51:49 and the businesses of the said LLP shall be organizing and/or managing all kinds of events, including events relating to Film and TV Awards promotional events and any other events relating to the Film and TV industry, including creation of new intellectual property or value addition.
