Bandhan Bank has allotted 92,301 equity shares under EOSP.

Post allotment, the issued and paid up capital of the Bank stands increased to Rs. 16,10,21,82,410/- comprising of 1,61,02,18,241 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up from Rs. 1610,12,62,100/- comprising of 161,01,26,210 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up.
