Bata India leads gainers in 'A' group

Indiabulls Real Estate, Torrent Power, National Aluminium Company and Britannia Industries are among the other gainers.
Footwear retailer Bata India surged 4.31% to Rs 955. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group.
Indiabulls Real Estate spurted 4.05% to Rs 66.80. The stock was second biggest gainer in 'A' group.
Power utility Torrent Power galloped 3.81% to Rs 98.20. The stock was third biggest gainer in 'A' group.
State-run aluminium maker National Aluminium Company (Nalco) jumped 3.68% to Rs 39.40 after net profit surged 3648.33% to Rs 179.17 crore on 6.50% increase in total income to Rs 1861.07 crore in Q2 September 2013 over Q2 September 2012. The company announced the result after market hours on Monday, 11 November 2013. The stock was fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group.
FMCG company Britannia Industries climbed 3.65% to Rs 908 after consolidated net profit jumped 65.7% to Rs 97.60 crore on 12.8% increase in revenue to Rs 1740 crore in Q2 September 2013 over Q2 September 2012. The company announced the result after market hours on Monday, 11 November 2013. The stock was fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group.
