Belapur Industries announces appointment of directors

With effect from 01 October 2014

Belapur Industries announced that Kiran Kantilal Patel, Sadanand Bapu Mandlik and Malik Mansurali Keshwani have been appointed as Independent Directors of the Company to hold office for a term of five consecutive years w.e.f. 01 October 2014 in terms of provisions & sections 149, 150, 152 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made there under.
