Bhandari Hosiery Exports will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 November 2014, to consider to approve the Unaudited Quarterly / Half yearly Provisional Financial Results for the Quarter / half year ended 30 September 2014, and to consider to re-appoint Nitin Bhandari as Chairman & Managing Director for a period of 3 year, subject to necessary approvals.
