IPO to open on 27 July 2015
Biocon announced that its subsidiary, Syngene International's Red Herring Prospectus filed with the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore, has been approved on 15 July 2015.The offer shall open for subscription on 27 July 2015 and shall close on 29 July 2015. The price band has been fixed between Rs 240 to Rs 250 per equity share.
