Board of Aarti Industries recommends interim dividend

Aarti Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 February 2016, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
