At meeting held on 07 January 2020

Aarvee Denims & Exports announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 07 January 2020 approved the appointment of Ketan Desai, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f 07 January 2020. The Board accepted the resignation of Bhavik Shukla, Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f 01 January 2020.
