Board of Ankit Metal & Power approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 20 April 2018

Ankit Metal & Power announced that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 20 April, 2018, has accepted the resignation of Sanjay Singh as an Executive Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 13 April, 2018. Further the Board of Directors has appointed Ayan Choudhari as an Executive Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 20 April, 2018.
