Board of Arcotech recommends dividend

Arcotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs 1 per share at the face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended 31 March 2014 subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
