Board of Asian Paints approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 22 October 2018

The Board of Asian Paints at its meeting held on 22 October 2018 has approved the appointment of Manish Choksi as a Non - Executive Director, effective today, to fill the casual vacancy created on the Board on account of the sad demise of Ashwin Choksi, Non - Executive Chairman of the Company. Manish Choksi is the son of Mahendra Choksi, Non - Executive Director of the Company and forms part of the Promoter(s) & Promoter(s) Group of the Company.

In view of above, Manish Choksi has resigned from the services of the Company as President - International, IT, HR & Chemicals.
