Board of Astral Poly Technik recommends dividend

Astral Poly Technik announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 October 2014, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 0.15 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
