Board of Atul Auto recommends dividend

Atul Auto announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 October 2015, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 2.75 per equity Share (i.e. 55%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
