Board of Aurum Soft Systems appoints director

With effect from 10 July 2015

Aurum Soft Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Kamakshi Shankararaman as an Independent Director on the Board with effect from 10 July 2015.

Consequent to the above said appointment, the total number of directors on the Board of the Company has increased to five.
