Baba Arts announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2015, inter alia, have :Decided to commence new business activity of dealing and trading in Plastic Raw Materials and Electronic Goods as per the amended Objects of the company as approved by the members by special resolution passed through Postal Ballot, results for which were declared on 23 April 2015.
