Balasore Alloys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have vide circular resolution dated 14 June 2017, appointed Dr. Samuel Nwabuokei Onyeabor, as an Additional Director (Category: Non - Executive, Non Independent) with effect from 14 June 2017 to hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
