Board of Bharat Electronics to consider sub-division of shares

Bharat Electronics announced that at the Board of Directors meeting scheduled on 27 January 2017, the proposal for Sub-division of equity shares of the company of face value of Rs. 10/- each will be consider by the Board.The aforesaid proposal, if approved by the Board, will be subject to the approval of the Shareholders
