Board of Bharat Forge recommends dividend

Bharat Forge announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2015, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
