Bhushan Steel announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 September 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:1. Appointment of Ashwani Kumar as additional independent director.
2. Appointment of Pradeep Patni as additional independent director.
3. Appointment of Sahil Goyal as additional independent director.
4. Appointment of Sushant Jain as additional independent director.
5. Accepted the resignation of Mohan Lai and the Board placed on record their sincere appreciation of the valuable guidance and advice received from Mohan Lai during his long tenure of 25 years on the Board of Company.
