Board of Castrol India appoints director

At meeting held on 30 October 2014

Castrol India announced that at the Board Meeting held on 30 October 2014, Jayanta Chatterjee has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 30 October 2014.

At the said Board Meeting it was also decided to appoint Jayanta Chatterjee as a Whole Time Director of the Company designated as 'Director- Supply Chain' with effect from 30 October 2014.
