Board of Century Enka decides to shift registered office

At meeting held on 02 February 2016

Century Enka announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 February 2016, has decided to shift the registered office of the Company w.e.f. 01 March 2016 from Century Arcade, 2nd Floor, Narangi Baug Road, Pune-411 001 to Plot No.72 & 72A, MIDC, Bhosari, Pune - 411 026.
