Board of CRISIL announces appointment of CFO

At meeting held on 17 October 2014

CRISIL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 October 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Appointment of Amish Mehta as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with effect from 03 October 2014.

2. Appointment of Neeraj Sahai as an Additional Director of the Company, with effect from 17 October 2014. He is inducted on the Board of the Company as Non-Executive Director.

3. Resignation of David Pearce as Director of the Company, with effect from 17 October 2014.
